Participation & reward rules
MLT technical test: submitted files and details are saved for testing. This test does not award gift cards or cash.
Kitchen Reveal · $300 Gift Card
Who can participate
US customers with an installed RHM range hood. Purchase and installation dates are not restricted. One order may be submitted once; a different eligible order may be submitted separately.
Required materials
At least 3 original photos (this test form accepts 3–5): a kitchen overview, a clear front view of the installed hood, and a detail view. Include one video, approximately 15–60 seconds, your order reference, contact details and a brief description of your favorite custom detail. Phone photography is welcome. Portrait and landscape formats are accepted.
Review and places
The planned allocation is up to 10 approved submissions per month. The administrator verifies eligibility, completeness, material quality and usage permissions. A submission does not guarantee a reward.
Reward delivery
The $300 Gift Card is arranged within 14 business days after approval and completion of the required authorization.
Project Spotlight · $1,000 Project Award
Who can participate
Designers, architects and contractors sharing a completed RHM kitchen project and its design journey. Each order can be submitted once.
Required materials
8–12 original finished-project photos and 1–2 project videos, ideally 30–90 seconds each. Before photos and drawings are optional. This test form accepts images and PDFs for drawings; CAD files are not supported. Include the project location, product details, and the story behind the design: inspiration, reason for choosing a custom hood, main challenge, how the hood brought the vision to life, and your favorite finished detail.
Review and places
The planned allocation is up to 3 approved submissions per month. Complete submissions that meet the sharing requirements are considered in order of receipt, subject to administrator approval. The administrator confirms eligibility and available places. The $1,000 Project Award is arranged within 14 business days after approval and completion of the required authorization.
Credits
You may choose your public name or studio credit. Contact details and order references are not shown in the public gallery.
Applies to both programs
Original work and authorization
You must own or have permission to use the submitted material, including any necessary homeowner, photographer and designer permissions. Confirm these rights before submitting.
Public display
By agreeing to these rules and submitting, you authorize RHM to consider your approved photos, videos, project story, selected public credit and project location (City, State) for publication on its website after administrator review. Publication is not automatic. Contact details and order references are never shown in the public gallery. Uploaded Shopify Files links can be accessed by anyone who has the link.
Duplicate submissions
The same order, hood or installed kitchen may not receive a reward again through another email address or program. Different eligible orders and genuine installations may be entered separately.
Review and communication
Submitting sends your information and files to the review team. The team may request clarification before deciding. Reward approval and public publication are separate administrator actions.
