Returns & Refunds

Order Cancellation:

1.Free cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.

2.Cancellations within 24 hours of placing the order will incur a 10% fee.

3.Cancellations within 72 hours of placing the order will incur a 30% fee as the 4.design process has already begun.

4.Orders cannot be canceled once production and shipping have started.

Return：

1. Eligibility:Returns are only accepted if the custom resin slab table has a significant defect or damage that occurred during the manufacturing process. Minor imperfections that are characteristic of the natural materials and resin crafting process, such as small bubbles or color variations within the resin, are not considered grounds for return.

2. Timeframe:You must notify us within [5] days of receiving the table. Returns must be initiated and the table shipped back to us within [30] days from the date of delivery.

3. Condition: The table must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. Any signs of improper use, abuse, or modification will void the return request.

Refund：

1. Full Refund: If the return is approved due to our error, such as a manufacturing defect that renders the table unusable or significantly different from the agreed-upon design, you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. The refund will be processed within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned table.

2. Partial Refund:If the return is due to a change of mind or other reasons not attributable to a product defect, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. This will be subject to a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price, and the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges or returns for custom resin slab tables.These items are tailored to the customer's specifications and are difficult to resell. We appreciate your understanding.

If the table arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and either replace the damaged parts or the entire table, depending on the extent of the damage.
